In her own words

"I'm Claire — also known as the Ganja Reiki Lady. The Healing Centre was created from pure passion, life experience, healing, motherhood, plant medicine, and a deep belief that people deserve somewhere they can truly exhale."

I'm a mum of three girls, a Reiki practitioner, ceremony facilitator, herbal enthusiast, community builder, and someone who has spent years walking through both darkness and transformation. Ganja Reiki was born through my own healing journey — combining traditional Reiki energy work with mindfulness, nervous system healing, spiritual connection, nature, and conscious plant medicine practices.

What started as one woman following a vision has now grown into a living, breathing community.

More than a wellness studio

My mission

To help people feel human again.

Modern life leaves so many people burnt out, disconnected, anxious, overstimulated, medicated, lonely, or simply surviving. The Healing Centre was created to offer another way — through connection, conversation, movement, nature, nourishment, energy work, creativity, and community.

No judgement. No masks. Just people supporting people. Healing doesn't have to feel clinical or cold. It can feel warm. It can feel joyful. It can feel like music, tea, drumming, tears, laughter, yoga, sunlight, deep conversations, cold water, dancing barefoot, or finally feeling safe enough to slow down.

The bigger vision

Ganja Reiki itself is about reconnecting to energy, intuition, and inner balance. My dream is to keep growing it across Scotland and beyond — through training, retreats, online courses, and community healing spaces. The Healing Centre is also the beginning of a bigger vision: nature-based healing retreats and eco-community spaces where people can reconnect with the earth.
